A one-of-a-kind pendant crafted using a blend of silversmithing techniques, including reticulation - where silver is carefully heated to its melting point to move the surface of the metal - as well as forging and sweat soldering. Sweat soldering is a method of joining silver without solder, where you gently melt the pieces of metal together. The finishing touch is to oxidise the silver in the recesses of the texture, blackening the metal and polishing back the raised edges. Set with a stunning 4mm dark blue sapphire gemstone, this unique piece is full of texture and character, making it truly impossible to replicate.
