This unique pair of stud earrings have been water cast from 925 sterling silver. Water casting involves dropping molten silver into water which can create interesting cups shapes, no two castings will ever be the same. These cast cups have been finished by soldering onto ear pins and set with a bead of rose gold, off set to resemble a pearl and polished. The edges of the “oyster” has also been polished, leaving the centre white which happens with the cleaning process. Due to the nature of water casting, the actual studs you receive may not look exactly like the ones pictured. Secured with scroll backs.
